Why glycinate — not just magnesium
Magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine is gentle on digestion and easy for the body to take up, which is why the night-sky bottle uses it instead of cheaper oxide forms.

Our story
“My soul purpose is simple: health starts in the home.”
In 2017, a life-changing event shifted everything I thought I knew about health. It pulled me out of going through the motions and into a more holistic way of living — one that asked me to pay attention, not just to symptoms, but to the why behind them.
That season sent me into the study of the chakras, into ceremony that connected me with my Native American roots, and into the quiet practice of healing with herbs and the tools already around us. I began to understand the body as energy, habit, and home — not something to fight, but something to support.
In 2020 I created Evolve Consciously for that reason. Not to tell people what to do, but to help them evolve on a conscious level — to understand why they are choosing what they choose for their body, and what that support actually looks like in real life.
I am a tattoo artist, a Reiki practitioner, a wife, and a mother of three. Those roles are not separate from this work. They are the work.
Home is practice for the real world. When you build healthy habits and give your individual body what it actually needs, it does not stay contained. It becomes a ripple — into your family, your energy, your community, and the way you show up everywhere else.
That is why Evolve Consciously exists. Tools, education, and intention — so you can evolve with awareness, not just effort.
